Sources and attribution
Articles identify their publication and revision dates and link to the sources used. We prefer official and primary sources for laws, regulations, investigations, and public data, and attribute claims that cannot be independently verified.
Market-data methodology
Price pages summarize median asking prices from active Houseviser listings, not completed transaction prices. Reports state their period and sample size, and low-sample results are marked.
Corrections and updates
We update articles when material facts change and show the revised date. Readers can report an error through our contact page; we review it against the cited evidence and correct the page when warranted.
