Allamanda 3
Allamanda 3 is one of three low-rise buildings that make up The Allamanda, an apart-hotel and condominium complex in the heart of the Laguna Phuket integrated resort, in Choeng Thale, Thalang district. The complex was first built in 1993 and is registered at 29 Soi Muban Laguna Link, roughly a 5-10 minute walk from Bang Tao Beach and about a 25-minute drive from Phuket International Airport. The three buildings are each three storeys: Allamanda 1 faces the sea and the resort lagoon, while Allamanda 2 and 3 overlook the Laguna Phuket Golf Club, which sits directly adjacent to the property. Across the whole Allamanda development there are around 115 units (aggregator records for the 'Allamanda 2 & 3' grouping list roughly 20 units). Unit types include studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments and two-storey duplexes, with sizes ranging from about 30 m2 up to roughly 140 m2; one- and two-bedroom layouts of around 60-120 m2 are the most common on the resale and rental market.
