Indochine Resort and Villas is a low-density mixed-use residential and resort development on the west coast of Phuket, Thailand. It sits at 328/81 Phrabarami Road in Kalim Bay, on the hillside between Patong and Kamala beaches, within Patong subdistrict of Kathu district. The project is small in scale, comprising 24 residential units, and was completed in 2007.
Units range from one-bedroom layouts of roughly 54-160 sq.m up to larger residences: two-bedroom (around 280 sq.m), three-bedroom (around 380 sq.m), four-bedroom (380-420 sq.m), and five-bedroom (around 495 sq.m). The development also operates as a resort, so units are offered both for residential ownership and for hospitality use.
