Units were built largely to order, with a construction period stated at around 18 months.
The project is developed by Laguna Property, the real-estate arm of the Banyan Tree Group, and sits adjacent to the Laguna Phuket resort complex on Bang Tao Bay. Shared facilities include a communal swimming pool, fitness area, parking, 24-hour security with CCTV, and access to the wider Laguna estate amenities (restaurants, beach club, and the free internal shuttle-bus and ferry service).
