Layan Lucky Villas Phase I is a small low-rise pool-villa development in Thep Krasattri sub-district, Thalang, on the Layan/Bang Tao side of northwest Phuket. The phase comprises six single-storey detached villas, each built around a private swimming pool. Units are offered in 3- and 4-bedroom configurations: 3-bedroom villas have roughly 203 sqm of built area on a 363 sqm plot, while 4-bedroom villas range from about 288 to 580 sqm of built area on plots of 400 to 918 sqm. Bedrooms are en-suite, and layouts include open-plan living/dining areas opening onto the pool terrace and a fully fitted kitchen.

The project is developed by Kaufman Group Co., Ltd and was completed in June 2023. A later Phase II (Choeng Thale) by the same developer adds further villas. Listed sale prices for Phase I have ranged from roughly USD 686,000 to USD 1,770,000.
