Laguna Park 2 (also marketed as Laguna Park Phase 2) is a low-rise residential development in Choeng Thale, Thalang, on the northern edge of the Laguna integrated resort area near Bang Tao Bay, Phuket. It is the second phase of the earlier Laguna Park (completed December 2018) and comprises a mix of townhouses and villas, reported at roughly 53 units (around 28 townhouses and 25 villas).
Townhouses are three-storey units of approximately 318 sq.m. A standard layout has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; a deluxe layout has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a private pool. Villas are three-storey units of approximately 550 sq.m, in standard (4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms) and deluxe (5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, private pool) configurations. Units were built largely to order, with a construction period stated at around 18 months.
The project is developed by Laguna Property, the real-estate arm of the Banyan Tree Group, and sits adjacent to the Laguna Phuket resort complex on Bang Tao Bay. Shared facilities include a communal swimming pool, fitness area, parking, 24-hour security with CCTV, and access to the wider Laguna estate amenities (restaurants, beach club, and the free internal shuttle-bus and ferry service). Buyers are noted as receiving Laguna Phuket resort privileges, including golf-club membership.
